How We Deliver Every Mission
AERIX runs every build through phase-gated review. Each stage is checked, signed off, and documented before the next begins, so design, materials, and testing stay aligned from first concept to launch day.
Propulsion Engines
Liquid rocket engines rated for sustained thrust, built and hot-fire tested in-house.
Avionics & Guidance
Flight computers, telemetry links, and guidance units validated for launch-environment vibration and shock.
Airframe Structures
Carbon-composite fairings, tank domes, and lightweight load-bearing frames cut to precise tolerance.
Custom Vehicle Engineering
Tailored launch vehicle architectures, payload adapters, and staging mechanisms for your mission profile.
Launch Support & Maintenance
Certified spare parts, pre-launch checkouts, and rapid on-site technical support through countdown.
Testing & Certification
Vacuum chamber testing, vibration qualification, and flight-readiness certification against recognized standards.
Planning a custom launch vehicle or payload integration?
Our engineering team reviews mission requirements and builds a phased plan from design through certification.
From Requirements to Flight Certification
Every AERIX launch vehicle moves through five engineering phases, each with defined deliverables and review gates.
Mission Requirements & Concept
Define payload mass, target orbit, and thrust profile with the client. Engineers set the performance envelope before any hardware is drawn.
Propulsion & Structural Design
Model engine cycle, tank geometry, and staging. Finite-element analysis checks loads under launch vibration and thermal stress.
Materials Selection & Qualification
Select titanium alloys, carbon composites, and high-temperature superalloys. Each batch is traced and tested for fatigue and cryogenic performance.
Precision Fabrication & Assembly
CNC-machined components and autoclave-cured composite panels are assembled in a cleanroom. Tolerances are verified at every joint.
Hot-Fire Testing & Flight Certification
Engines undergo full-duration hot-fire tests and vacuum chamber trials. Results are reviewed against safety standards before flight clearance.
